myTraining is the integrated training management system for faculty and staff at Wichita State
University. Through myTraining, WSU faculty, staff, and student employees have access
to free training sessions for both personal and professional development.
Along with managing the training records of employees, the myTraining portal will
enable faculty and staff to view training schedules, register for training sessions,
and complete online training.
Please note, not all trainings are available for Student Employees. There are some trainings that are only available for Staff and/or Faculty. Trainings
that are available for Student Employees will appear in their training calendar when
they log into myTraining.
In your very first visit to myTraining, you will be prompted to add subjects. By
selecting the subjects you are interested in the myTraining Learner Homepage will
customize your learning experience. Suggested training sessions will then be listed
in the carousel "Inspired by Your Subjects".
Click add.
Select the subjects you are interested in (i.e. Technology, Diversity, Finance)
WSU faculty, staff and student employees have the ability to view their own and other
employees Bio's in myTraining. myTraining bio's include title, contact information,
team members and more.
