Diversity Training Request

Thank you for your interest in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion's diversity training programs for your department or organization! In order to request a training session, please complete the following form below. A prompt confirmation of receipt by our office will be sent by email. Within 14 business days after submitting your training request, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion will contact you with a detailed response, including a proposal of the training and any costs* associated with the training. If you are an individual requesting a specific training session, please send an email to diversity@wichita.edu.

* Non-university departments and organizations are subject to training fees and charges.

NOTE: Requests for training sessions should be submitted at least one (1) month in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate a request submitted within a shorter time frame. In addition, submitting this form is only a request — the training coordinator must generate a proposal before the time, date and location of the training you requested is confirmed.

Training/Workshop Topics

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion offers training programs and workshops on a variety of topics, such as:

  • Engaging a Multigenerational Workforce
  • Ability Ally Training

  • Social Identity Profile

In addition, any associated costs will be provided to you. By submitting this form, this does not guarantee that your requested training will take place on the date you specified.
